Coaching

Coaching is a powerful engagement which facilitates the creation or development of personal, professional or business goals and a supportive process to realise these goals.

Executive Coaching

Eric Schmidt, during his time as Chairman and CEO of Google, said that the best advice he ever got was to get a coach.  For top leaders in an organisation a coach can help them work through new ideas or business conflicts, which, they very often want to clarify or resolve for themselves before bringing it further within their organisation. The coaching process steers the client to think differently, to take account of other non bottom line, but equally important aspects of a decision. Very often organisational politics gets in the way, if allowed, of making the best decision.

Career Coaching

Whatever your professional position, there can come a time, when, you feel there is something lacking for you in your chosen role or career. Perhaps you are not getting the fulfillment you once did. Maybe the environment has changed and you no longer get that sense of belonging. Career coaching is not about checking qualifications or experience and picking the job best suited to you rather it is a method of  enabling you, the client, get clarity on what you want from your career and what aligns best with your professional and personal self, your beliefs and aims.

Life Coaching

Sometimes, when the unexpected happens we can find it hard to think straight. Perhaps we get hit with a difficult situation that we had never envisaged which can bring with it a feeling of a loss of control. Yet it is often at these times that we also have to make important decisions. Similarly there can be "stuff" going on in our lives that we know we need to address but we keep putting off, resisting it. Allowing yourself the time to engage with a coach, in a confidential process can be extremely rewarding, helping you to get clarity, take actions and move forward.
