Astra Coaching Founder & Professional Coach: Mary McCann Farrell 

A former Senior Manager in Global Banking and member of the leadership group in a large organisation. I have several years experience as a leader within a large business environment bringing with it valuable skills and understanding of workplace and people challenges. My experience in people and team development over a long career along with involvement in graduate and senior manager development programs heightened by interest in helping people reach their potential. My passion is enabling people to fulfill their own purpose, reach their potential and achieve success.

I have worked with several clients on Interview Coaching in a voluntary capacity for a number of years and have recently founded Astra Coaching to concentrate on working with individuals in the executive arena and in career and life coaching.
